一、我們不蒐集的資料

本 App 無帳號系統，不會要求、也不會蒐集下列任何資料：

姓名、生日、電子郵件、電話號碼、通訊地址
通訊錄、相簿內容、行事曆、健康與健身資料
精確或概略位置（本 App 未宣告任何位置權限）
已安裝的 App 清單（僅為判斷 Instagram／Facebook 是否存在而查詢這兩個特定套件名稱，不會列舉、不會回傳）
你所提出的問題內容或任何自由輸入的文字

二、只存在你裝置上的資料（我們不會上傳）

以下資料使用 Android 的本機儲存（SharedPreferences）保存在你的裝置內，我們無法讀取：

占卦紀錄（卦序、所問主題、時間）
六十四卦圖鑑的點亮進度
御守收藏與枚數
外觀偏好（墨金／宣紙）、音效開關
廣告顯示次數的計數（用於限制廣告頻率）

將 App 從裝置移除，上述資料即一併清除，且無法復原。

關於 Android 自動備份：本 App 使用 Android 系統預設的自動備份（Auto Backup）。若你在裝置上啟用了 Google 帳戶備份，上述本機資料可能會被系統備份到你自己的 Google 帳戶，並在你設定新手機時還原。該備份由 Google 加密保管、歸屬於你的帳戶，開發者無法存取其內容。你可在系統「設定 → Google → 備份」中關閉或刪除備份。

三、會上傳的資料：僅限匿名的占卜排行計數

「占卜排行」功能會將該主題的累計次數加一上傳至 Google Firebase Realtime Database。上傳內容僅有主題計數本身，不包含卦象結果、時間、裝置型號或任何識別碼。

為通過資料庫的寫入權限驗證，App 會使用 Firebase 匿名登入，產生一組隨機且不具意義的匿名識別碼。該識別碼不與任何個人資料連結，我們也不會用它來辨識或追蹤你。

四、廣告

本 App 使用 Google AdMob 顯示廣告（橫幅、插頁、開屏）以維持免費營運，並採取下列做法：

所有廣告請求一律標示為非個人化廣告（npa=1），不依你的興趣輪廓投放。
本 App 自身不進行跨 App 或跨網站追蹤，也不讀取、不儲存、不傳送你的廣告識別碼。
即便如此，Google 的廣告 SDK 為了廣告投遞、頻率控制與防止詐騙，仍可能處理裝置的廣告識別碼（Advertising ID）、IP 位址（可推得約略國家或地區）等技術資訊。此部分適用 Google 的隱私權政策：policies.google.com/privacy。
你可在系統「設定 → Google → 廣告」中刪除廣告識別碼或關閉廣告個人化。

五、App 使用的權限

本 App 宣告的權限如下，均無涉個人資料蒐集：

INTERNET、ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE：載入廣告與上傳匿名排行計數。
VIBRATE：起卦時的觸覺回饋。
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE（僅 Android 9 / API 28 以下）：在你主動點選「儲存至本機」時，把分享卡寫入相簿。Android 10 以上改用系統 MediaStore，不需要任何儲存權限。此權限僅供寫入，本 App 無法讀取或瀏覽你相簿中的任何照片。
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID：由 Google 廣告 SDK 自動加入，供上述廣告用途。

六、分享到其他 App

當你選擇分享到 Instagram、Facebook 或透過系統分享面板選擇其他 App 時，你將離開本 App，後續行為適用該平台自身的隱私權政策。本 App 僅提供圖片，不會傳送任何其他資料。

七、推播通知

本版本未啟用推播通知，不會索取通知權限，也不會蒐集推播裝置權杖。

八、兒童隱私

本 App 並非以兒童為對象設計，亦不會故意蒐集兒童的個人資料。若你認為有兒童向我們提供了個人資料，請來信告知，我們會儘速處理。

九、資料保留與刪除

本機資料：刪除 App 即完全清除；也可在 App 內逐筆向左滑動刪除占卦紀錄。
系統備份：如上述第二節，可在系統「設定 → Google → 備份」自行刪除。
排行計數：屬匿名彙總數字，技術上無法對應到任何個人，因此無法提供個別刪除。
本 App 沒有帳號系統，因此沒有需要申請刪除的帳號資料。

十、政策變更

本政策如有修訂，我們會更新本頁面並修改上方生效日期。重大變更將於 App 更新說明中一併告知。

Privacy Policy

Yijing Fortune Teller (易經算命仙) · Android · Effective date: August 19, 2026

In one sentence: This app requires no account and collects no personally identifiable information. Your divination history and charm collection stay on your device.

1. What we do not collect

The app has no account system and never asks for or collects:

Name, date of birth, email address, phone number, or postal address
Contacts, gallery contents, calendars, or health and fitness data
Precise or approximate location (the app declares no location permission)
Your list of installed apps — the app queries only two specific package names (Instagram, Facebook) to decide whether their share targets exist; nothing is enumerated or transmitted
The questions you have in mind, or any free-form text

2. Data stored only on your device (we never upload it)

The following is kept in Android local storage (SharedPreferences) on your device and is not readable by us:

Divination history (hexagram number, chosen topic, timestamp)
Progress in the 64-hexagram atlas
Charm collection and counts
Appearance preference (Ink & Gold / Rice Paper) and sound setting
Ad frequency counters

Deleting the app erases all of the above permanently.

About Android Auto Backup: the app uses Android's default Auto Backup. If Google account backup is enabled on your device, the local data above may be backed up to your own Google account and restored when you set up a new phone. That backup is encrypted, belongs to your account, and its contents are not accessible to the developer. You can disable or delete it under system Settings → Google → Backup.

3. The only data uploaded: anonymous ranking counters

The "Divination Ranking" feature increments a counter for the chosen topic in Google Firebase Realtime Database. Only the topic counter is transmitted — not the resulting hexagram, timestamp, device model, or any identifier.

To satisfy the database's write rules, the app signs in anonymously via Firebase, which produces a random, meaningless anonymous identifier. It is not linked to any personal data and is not used to identify or track you.

4. Advertising

The app displays Google AdMob ads (banner, interstitial, app open) to remain free of charge:

All ad requests are flagged as non-personalized ads (npa=1) and are not targeted using an interest profile.
The app itself performs no cross-app or cross-site tracking, and never reads, stores, or transmits your advertising identifier.
Google's ad SDK may still process technical information such as the device's Advertising ID and IP address (which can indicate an approximate country or region) for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention. That processing is governed by Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, under system Settings → Google → Ads.

5. Permissions the app declares

None of these involve collecting personal data:

INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — loading ads and uploading the anonymous ranking counter.
VIBRATE — haptic feedback while casting.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 9 / API 28 and below only) — writes a share card to your gallery when you tap "Save to device". Android 10 and above uses MediaStore and needs no storage permission at all. The permission is write-only; the app cannot read or browse any photo in your gallery.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID — added automatically by the Google ad SDK for the advertising purposes described above.

6. Sharing to other apps

When you share to Instagram, Facebook, or any app you pick from the system share sheet, you leave this app and that platform's own privacy policy applies. We pass along the image only, and no other data.

7. Push notifications

This version does not enable push notifications. It does not request notification permission and does not collect a push token.

8. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

9. Retention and deletion

On-device data: removed entirely when you uninstall the app; individual records can also be swiped left to delete in the app.
System backup: as described in section 2, you can delete it yourself under Settings → Google → Backup.
Ranking counters: anonymous aggregate numbers that cannot technically be traced to an individual, so per-person deletion is not possible.
The app has no account system, so there is no account data to request deletion of.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
